In the context of accelerating digital transformation, the cultivation of information technology talent has become crucial for enterprises to cope with change. Based on successful case studies from the electronics industry, this paper explores the practical pathways and reflective insights on the cultivation of information technology talent. Through interviews with company leaders and data analysis, it was found that enterprises have driven innovation and enhanced competitiveness through systematic training strategies and effective management measures. At the same time, the paper addresses the challenges faced in cultivating information technology talent and proposes strategies for tackling them, providing valuable experience for industry and societal development. This study holds significant theoretical and practical implications.
