%X “双碳”目标背景下,数字化转型成为推动企业绿色创新的重要引擎。本文基于沪深A股上市公司2000年至2023年的数据,运用面板计量模型,探讨数字化转型对绿色创新的影响及其机制。结论为:数字化转型显著提升企业绿色创新能力。同时投资支持通过增强资本支持和资源配置效率,放大数字化转型对绿色创新的积极作用。异质性分析表明,重污染行业受政策规制驱动更强,非重污染行业依赖市场导向创新;“双碳”政策后,数字化转型的绿色效应有所减弱。本文提出通过差异化数字化转型战略、加强政策支持和资源倾斜,以及促进产学研协同,推动中小企业绿色创新和技术应用的全面发展。
In the context of the “dual carbon” goal, digital transformation has become an important engine to promote green innovation of enterprises. Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2000 to 2023, this paper uses A panel econometric model to explore the impact of digital transformation on green innovation and its mechanism. The conclusion is that digital transformation can significantly improve the green innovation ability of enterprises. At the same time, investment support amplifies the positive role of digital transformation on green innovation by enhancing the efficiency of capital support and resource allocation. Heterogeneity analysis shows that heavy polluting industries are more driven by policy regulation, while non-heavy polluting industries rely on market-oriented innovation. After the “two-carbon” policy, the green effect of digital transformation has been weakened. This paper proposes to promote the comprehensive development of SMEs’ green innovation and technology application through differentiated digital transformation strategies, strengthening policy support and resource tilt, and promoting industry-university-research collaboration.
