Prepared aquatic-products dishes are a popular food in the current market due to the characteristics of easy preservation, easy to carry and eat, and have attracted considerable attention in recent years. In this paper, the Octopus harvester was used to extract the text review data of prefabricated aquatic products on Jingdong Mall, and the LDA model was established through R language to analyze consumers’ preferences and expectations of prefabricated aquatic products, in order to provide useful references and suggestions for manufacturers and catering enterprises in related industries, and promote the healthy and orderly development of prepared aquatic-products dishes. %K 水产品预制菜, %K 文本分析, %K 情感分析, %K LDA模型
