%X 碳中和和碳达峰已然成为国家的重要战略目标。农村新能源丰富，大力发展农村新能源产业优势能够更好地推进国家绿色现代化发展。然而农村生产过程中资源浪费严重，碳、硫等污染物排放不达标，能源利用效率低，环境污染严重，因此实现农村新能源低碳转型发展是建设美好乡村，振兴农村经济的必经之路。为此，本文首先多维度分析了我国农村商品能源和传统能源消费现状，寻找我国在实现绿色农村发展中面临的机遇，如何应对在实现“双碳”目标的路途中遇到的挑战。客观分析农村能源发展存在的问题，主张以“双碳”目标作为驱动、推动国家治理现代化，实现农村地区绿色发展。
Carbon neutrality and carbon peaking have become important strategic goals for the country. Rural new energy is abundant, and vigorously developing the advantages of rural new energy industry can better promote the development of national green modernization. However, there is severe resource waste in the rural production process, with substandard emissions of pollutants such as carbon and sulfur, low energy utilization efficiency, and severe environmental pollution. Therefore, achieving low-carbon transformation and development of new energy in rural areas is a necessary path to build a beautiful countryside and revitalize the rural economy. To this end, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of rural commodity energy and traditional energy consumption in China from multiple dimensions, and finds out how China is realizing green rural areas the opportunities faced in development, how to deal with the challenges encountered on the way to achieve the “dual carbon” goal. Objective analysis of the existence of rural energy development Question, it advocates taking the “dual carbon” goal as the driving force, promoting the modernization of national governance, and realizing the green development of rural areas.
