%X 随着互联网技术的飞速发展,电子商务行业呈现出爆发式增长。然而,电商市场的需求具有高度的不确定性,受到季节、促销活动、消费者偏好变化、竞争对手策略等多种因素的影响。这种需求不确定性给电商企业的库存管理带来了巨大的挑战。本文通过分析需求不确定性对电商库存管理的影响,探讨了电商企业现有的库存管理策略及其适用性,并提出了联合库存管理、供应商管理库存和基于数据分析的动态库存调整策略等优化方案,旨在为电商企业在需求不确定的环境下优化库存管理提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the e-commerce industry has witnessed explosive growth. However, the demand in the e-commerce market is highly uncertain, influenced by a variety of factors such as seasons, promotional activities, changes in consumer preferences, and competitors’ strategies. This demand uncertainty poses significant challenges to inventory management for e-commerce companies. This paper analyzes the impact of demand uncertainty on inventory management in e-commerce, examines the existing inventory management strategies and their applicability, and proposes optimization solutions such as joint inventory management, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and data-driven dynamic inventory adjustment strategies. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for e-commerce companies to optimize their inventory management in an uncertain demand environment.
