%X 呼吸衰竭是一种以肺通气和(或)换气功能严重障碍为特征的临床综合征&#65292;作为临床常见危重症&#65292;呼吸衰竭具有并发症多样、病死率高等特点。因此&#65292;深入探讨其病理生理机制及临床特征具有重要的临床意义。本综述将从病理机制、临床分型、多系统损害、治疗策略阐述呼吸衰竭&#65292;旨在为临床实践提供理论依据&#65292;并推动个体化治疗策略的发展。<br>Respiratory failure is a clinical syndrome characterized by severe impairment of pulmonary ventilation and/or gas exchange. As a common critical illness, respiratory failure is characterized by various complications and high morbidity and mortality. Therefore, in-depth exploration of its pathophysiological mechanisms and clinical features is of great clinical significance. In this review, respiratory failure will be described in terms of pathomechanisms, clinical typing, multi-system damage, and therapeutic strategies, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for clinical practice and promoting the development of individualized therapeutic strategies.
