%X 近红外量子点因其优异的组织穿透性和较低的光损伤,广泛应用于生物成像等领域。本文制备了一种水相CuInS2/ZnS-FA量子点,该量子点在近红外区域表现出优异的光学性能,具有良好的荧光稳定性和水相分散性。生物毒性测试结果显示其具有良好的生物兼容性,表明该材料在生物医学成像等领域具有应用潜力。
Near-infrared quantum dots are widely used in fields such as biological imaging due to their excellent tissue penetration and low light-induced damage. In this study, a water-based CuInS2/ZnS-FA quantum dot was synthesized, which exhibits outstanding optical performance in the near-infrared region, with good fluorescence stability and water dispersion. Biotoxicity tests demonstrate that the quantum dots have good biocompatibility, indicating that this material has potential applications in fields such as biomedical imaging.
