%X 孔子在《论语》中的“听讼，吾犹人也，必也使无讼乎”一句引起了广泛的讨论。对“无讼”的理解的不同导致了研究进路的不同。本文在梳理这些不同进路之后，选取其中之一，即澄清孔子“无讼”一句的本来意义的研究，以图得出最佳的解释，并判断其他不同解释方法之间的优劣，纠正一部分理解的错误。在此基础上，本文还将通过语义逻辑分析和语法分析，来探讨这句话的内在逻辑、语义效果和感情色彩，揭示其隐含之义，以增进对于这句话的理解，从而加深对于孔子思想的认识。
The words “If I hear a lawsuit, I will also make it no lawsuit just like others do” which Confucius said in “the Analects of Confucius”, had caused a wide discussion. Different understandings of “Wusong” lead to different research approaches. In this paper, after sorting out these different routes and choosing one of them which is aimed at clarifying the true meaning of Confucius’ “no lawsuit”. On the basis of existing explains, further comparison and selection will be done in this paper in order to find out the best explanation for the sentence, and to assess the advantages and disadvantages of different interpretations, correcting the mistakes of some of the understandings. On this basis, this paper will also explore the inner logic, semantic effect and emotional color of this sentence through semantic logic analysis and grammatical analysis, and reveal its implied meaning, so as to improve the understanding of the sentence and deepen the understanding of Confucius thought.
