%X 本文以消毒后的草莓土壤为研究对象,分析枯草芽孢杆菌、黄腐酸钾、聚谷氨酸等10种不同类型的生物刺激剂对草莓土壤真菌菌落及功能的影响。通过比较草莓生长初期、盛花期及盛果期三个不同发育阶段土壤属水平上真菌相对丰度、真菌菌落的变化以及土壤功能的预测,结果表明不同生物刺激剂的施用,可以有效降低土壤中有害菌群的丰富,有利于土壤的恢复,其中100 mg/L 20%聚谷氨酸这类外源生物刺激剂可以增加土壤中篮状菌属的丰度,有助于土壤中有益菌群的增多,有利于连作土壤的改良从而可以促进草莓的生长发育。
In this paper, the sterilized strawberry soil was taken as the research object, and the effects of 10 different types of biostimulants such as Bacillus subtilis, potassium fulvic acid and polyglutamic acid on the fungal colonies and functions of strawberry soil were analyzed. By comparing the relative abundance of fungi, the changes of fungal colonies and the prediction of soil function at the soil genus level in the early growth stage, flowering stage and fruit stage of strawberry, the results showed that the application of different biostimulants can effectively reduce the abundance of harmful bacteria in the soil, which is conducive to the recovery of the soil. The application of exogenous biostimulants such as 100 mg/L 20% polyglutamic acid can increase the abundance of basket-shaped bacteria in the soil, which is conducive to the increase of beneficial bacteria in the soil, which is conducive to the improvement of continuous cropping soil and can promote the growth and development of strawberry.
