The spirit of educators is a valuable asset that integrates the profound educational heritage of the Chinese nation with the innovative spirit of the new era. This spirit endows young teachers in higher vocational colleges with lofty missions and noble moral characters, enhances their professional abilities, broadens their cultural horizons, and supports precise education and wholehearted dedication. However, young teachers in higher vocational colleges face challenges such as shaken professional beliefs and deviations in moral norms, insufficient dedication and low self-pursuit, rigid teaching thinking, and a lack of benevolence. Therefore, by establishing reward mechanisms, strengthening moral cultivation, providing resource platforms and enhancing cultural nurturing, as well as innovating teaching methodologies and providing comprehensive care for students, we can facilitate the growth of young teachers in higher vocational education into outstanding educators with the sentiments of an educationist. %K 教育家精神, %K 高职, %K 青年教师, %K 职业发展
