%X 本文针对眼科专业型硕士研究生培养体系中的现实困境展开研究。在人口老龄化及技术革新背景下,眼科疾病负担持续加重,要求眼科医师兼具精准手术能力、科研创新思维及跨学科整合素养等多种能力。然而,现行住院医师规范化培训存在临床与科研能力培养失衡、实践操作机会不足、科研训练碎片化等突出问题。研究提出解决路径:构建临床–科研双轨并行机制,强化理论与实践结合,建立系统科研训练体系,提升专硕科研素养,加强跨学科合作与交流,破解传统培养模式中“重操作轻思维”“重临床轻科研”的困局,为眼科医学事业的持续发展注入新的医学人才。
This study addresses the practical challenges within the training system for professional master’s degree students in ophthalmology. Against the backdrop of an aging population and technological advancements, the burden of ophthalmic diseases continues to escalate, demanding that ophthalmologists possess a combination of precise surgical skills, innovative research thinking, and interdisciplinary integration capabilities. However, the current standardized residency training program faces significant issues such as an imbalance between clinical and research skill development, insufficient practical operation opportunities, and fragmented research training. The study proposes solutions: establishing a dual-track mechanism that integrates clinical and research training, strengthening the combination of theory and practice, developing a systematic research training system, enhancing the research literacy of specialized master’s students, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and communication. These measures aim to address the traditional training model’s shortcomings of “emphasizing operation over thinking” and “prioritizing clinical skills over research,” thereby injecting new medical talent into the sustained development of ophthalmic medicine.
