%X 本文综述了中西医结合治疗外阴白斑的研究进展。外阴白斑是一种常见的妇科疾病&#65292;传统中医疗法和现代西医疗法各有优势。近年来&#65292;中西医结合治疗外阴白斑取得了显著进展&#65292;通过综合运用中药内服、外用以及西医药物和物理治疗等手段&#65292;显著提高了临床疗效。本文旨在综述中西医结合治疗外阴白斑的最新研究进展&#65292;为临床实践提供参考&#65292;并展望了未来研究方向&#65292;为外阴白斑的治疗提供证据支持。<br>This article reviews the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia. Vulvar leukoplakia is a common gynecological disease, and both traditional Chinese medicine and modern Western medicine have their own advantages. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Through the comprehensive use of traditional Chinese medicine orally and externally, as well as Western medicine and physical therapy, the clinical efficacy has been significantly improved. This article aims to review the latest research progress in the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia, provide reference for clinical practice, and look forward to future research directions, providing evidence support for the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia.
