%X 本研究探索了苹果螺与水蕴草混养对月光鱼生长及健康的影响,通过两种不同物种混养搭配进行三组处理(T1:月光鱼 + 苹果螺;T2:月光鱼 + 水草;T3:月光鱼),在相同室内常温常压条件下,对各组进行定期的水质监测和生物样本采集,分析它们对月光鱼生长摄食、存活率、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)酶活性及水质指标(如pH、TDS、溶解氧和水体氮、磷营养盐等)的影响。数据分析揭示,其氨氮、磷酸盐及余氯浓度均为(T1 > T3 > T2, P < 0.01),且浊度变化亦遵循T3 > T1 > T2的趋势(P < 0.01)。此外,水质的其他关键指标如亚硝酸盐浓度、氧化还原电位(ORP)、溶解氧(DO)、电导率、总溶解固体(TDS)、盐度等均维持在适宜范围内。三组月光鱼的还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)平均含量约为0.34484 mg/g,而螺的GSH含量为0.08418 mg/g,反映了月光鱼在特定养殖环境下的良好生理状态。综上可得,水蕴草对月光鱼的养殖和水质的改善有明显的促进作用,苹果螺在养殖初期对水族生态有稳定作用,适当选择物种和配置比例有助于形成稳定的水族生态系统。
This study explored the effects of the mixed cultivation of Planorbarius corneus and Egeria densa Planch on the growth and health of Xiphophorus maculatus. Three groups of treatments were carried out through the mixed cultivation of two different species (T1: X. maculatus + P. corneus; T2: X. maculatus + E. densa Planch; T3: X. maculatus) conducted regular water quality monitoring and biological sample collection for each group under the same indoor normal temperature and pressure conditions, and analyzed their impact on the growth, feeding, survival rate, reduced glutathione (GSH) enzyme activity and water quality indicators (such as pH, TDS, dissolved oxygen, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in water) of X. maculatus. Data analysis revealed that the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, phosphate, and residual chlorine were all (T1 > T3 > T2, P < 0.01), and the turbidity changes also the trend of T3 > T1 > T2 (P < 0.01). In addition, other key indicators of water quality such as nitrite concentration, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), dissolved oxygen (DO), conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), salinity, etc. are maintained within appropriate ranges. The average content of reduced glutathione (GSH) in three groups of X. maculatus is about 0.34484 mg/g, while the GSH content in snails is 0.08418mg/g, reflecting the good physiological state of X. maculatus in a specific aquaculture environment. Overall, it can be concluded that aquatic plants have a significant promoting effect on the cultivation of X. maculatus and the improvement of water quality. P. corneus have a stabilizing effect on aquatic ecology in the early stages of cultivation, and appropriate selection of species and allocation ratios can help form a stable aquatic ecosystem.
