%X 多元主体社会治理已成为现代社会治理的一个重要趋势&#65292;具备专业社会服务力量的社会工作在多元主体社会治理中发挥了越来越重要的作用。一方面&#65292;社会工作需要与政府、企业和非政府组织等其他治理主体建立合作关系&#65292;以共同参与社会治理过程&#65307;另一方面&#65292;社会工作还需要发挥其独特的专业优势&#65292;为其他治理主体提供实际的支持和服务。为了更好地找准社会工作在多元主体社会治理中重要角色定位&#65292;进一步促进功能发挥&#65292;社会工作需要加强理论探索和研究普及&#65292;提高社会工作者的专业素质和服务能力&#65292;助力社会治理高质量发展。<br>Multi-subject social governance has become an important trend in modern social governance among which social work with professional capabilities plays an increasingly important role. On the one hand, social work needs to establish cooperative system with other governance entities such as the government, enterprises, and non-governmental organizations to collectively participate in social governance projects; on the other hand, social work also needs to outline its unique professional advantages to provide practical support and services to other governance entities. In order to better identify its specific role and further promote its functions, theoretical exploration and research popularization on social work are in need, so as to improve the professional quality and service ability of social workers, and assist in the high-quality development of social governance.
