%X 本文探讨了庄子生死观在当代社会的价值，认为其有助于当代人形成旷达的生死观、顺其自然的处事态度，以及注重精神层面的“养生”。文章从庄子思想的核心出发，结合“未知生，焉知死”、“向死而生”、“重生轻物”、“顺应自然”、“无为”等概念，并辅以庖丁解牛等寓言故事，阐释了庄子生死观的内涵及其在现代生活中的现实意义。作者认为，庄子的生死观能够帮助人们缓解生活压力，提升精神境界，最终达到身心和谐、精神自由的理想生活状态。
This article explores the value of Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life and death in contemporary society, believing that it helps contemporary people form an open-minded view of life and death, a natural attitude towards handling things, and a focus on spiritual “health preservation”. Starting from the core of Zhuangzi’s thought, this article combines concepts such as “unknown life, how can one know death”, “born to death”, “reborn light objects”, “conforming to nature”, “non action”, and supplemented with fables such as “butchering cows” to explain the connotation of Zhuangzi’s view on life and death and its practical significance in modern life. The author believes that Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life and death can help people relieve life pressure, enhance their spiritual realm, and ultimately achieve an ideal state of physical and mental harmony and spiritual freedom.
