%X 情感资本主义作为一种新兴的社会经济现象&#65292;深刻地影响着现代社会中的人际交往和个人塑造。本文首先探讨了情感资本主义的内涵及其在人际交往中的表现&#65292;分析了情感劳动在人际关系中的重要性以及情感消费对人际互动的影响。接着&#65292;本文探讨了情感资本主义对个人塑造的作用机制&#65292;包括情感资本的积累与运用、个人情感形象的构建以及情感认同对个人身份的影响。最后&#65292;本文提出了在情感资本主义背景下个人应如何应对的策略&#65292;以实现健康的人际交往和积极的个人成长。<br>Emotional capitalism, as a new social and economic phenomenon, has a profound impact on interpersonal communication and individual shaping in modern society. This paper first discusses the connotation of emotional capitalism and its performance in interpersonal communication, analyzes the importance of emotional labor in interpersonal relationship and the impact of emotional consumption on interpersonal interaction. Then, this paper discusses the mechanism of emotional capitalism on personal shaping, including the accumulation and application of emotional capital, the construction of personal emotional image and the influence of emotional identity on personal identity. Finally, this paper proposes strategies on how individuals should cope in the context of emotional capitalism to achieve healthy interpersonal communication and positive personal growth.
