%X 健康安全的通学道路是儿童积极通学的前提条件。道路空间承担儿童的通学活动,是儿童使用频繁的城市公共空间。现有研究成果已经指出通达性和安全性是影响学生步行通学的重要因素,本文选取历下区小学为研究案例,借助ArcGIS划定各小学十分钟可达范围。通过现有文献整理,将儿童友好的抽象理论转译成城市道路空间评价指标,加权分析确定各指标的权重,形成小学通学道路安全性评价体系。分析得出历下区小学通学道路安全性建设仍需增强。老城区需加强道路物理空间建设,东部新城区需增强道路步行空间营造。针对通学道路面临的问题,提出道路安全性提升的规划策略。
Healthy and safe commuting routes are prerequisites for children’s active commuting. Road space, which bears the commuting activities of children, is a frequently used urban public space by them. Existing research has already pointed out that accessibility and safety are important factors affecting students’ walking to school. This paper selects primary schools in the Lixia District as case studies and uses ArcGIS to delineate the ten-minute accessible range of each school. By reviewing existing literature, the abstract theory of child-friendliness is translated into evaluation indicators for urban road space. The weights of these indicators are determined through weighted analysis, forming a safety assessment system for primary school commuting routes. The analysis shows that the construction of safe commuting routes for primary schools in Lixia District still needs to be enhanced. The old urban area needs to strengthen the construction of road physical space, while the eastern new urban area needs to enhance the creation of pedestrian-friendly road space. In response to the problems faced by commuting routes, planning strategies for improving road safety are proposed.
