The construction industry is a vital pillar of the national economy, but due to the insufficient degree of digital transformation, the construction supply chain collaboration efficiency is still not solved. Blockchain technology, with its digital advantages, offers a digital solution for construction enterprises to overcome transformation challenges. Through literature analysis, this paper systematically discusses the application and challenges of blockchain technology in the digital supply chain management of construction enterprises, and analyzes its potential in areas such as material procurement, logistics transportation, quality control, contract management, and project schedule supervision. Additionally, this paper also analyzes the main challenges faced in the implementation process of blockchain technology in terms of technical complexity, legal compliance, industry acceptance, talent shortages, and implementation costs. It proposes corresponding countermeasures, including promoting industry technology standardization, developing comprehensive legal regulations, and enhancing talent cultivation. This paper provides a reference for further advancing the digital transformation of the construction industry, and enhances the understanding of blockchain technology’s application in the digital management of construction enterprise supply chains. %K 区块链技术, %K 建筑企业, %K 供应链管理, %K 数字化
