%X 肱骨髁上骨折作为老年人常见的关节骨折之一，其解剖结构不规则，导致骨折后解剖复位难度增加，术后容易出现肘内翻畸形即神经损伤等并发症，目前对老年人肱骨髁上骨折的个性化治疗仍存在争议。本文章通过综合性分析国内外近年来的研究，系统地阐述老年肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方法，分析各个治疗方案的适应症、优点及缺点，系统地分析并发症的治疗及预防，意在探究未来针对老年肱骨髁上骨折精确化和个体化的治疗方案，减少和预防并发症的发生。
As one of the common joint fractures in the elderly, supracondylar fracture of humerus has irregular anatomical structure, which leads to the difficulty of anatomic reduction after fracture, and the complication such as cubovarus deformity (nerve injury) is easy to occur after surgery. At present, the personalized treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in the elderly is still controversial. Through comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign studies in recent years, this article systematically elaborated the treatment methods of supracondylar fracture of humerus in the elderly, analyzed the indications, advantages and disadvantages of each treatment plan, and systematically analyzed the treatment and prevention of complications, aiming to explore the future precise and individualized treatment plan for supracondylar fracture of humerus in the elderly, and reduce and prevent the occurrence of complications.
