%X 推动资源型企业从传统的高能耗、高排放生产模式向绿色、低碳、可持续的生产模式转型,对于实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的共赢具有重大意义。文章系统梳理了影响资源型企业绿色转型的相关因素研究进展,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面进行深入分析。宏观层面,主要探讨了环境规制、政府环境监管、群众舆论与媒体关注等因素对资源型企业绿色转型的影响;中观层面,则分析了市场化水平、市场竞争与合作以及数字赋能等因素的作用机理;微观层面,着重阐述了管理者环保意识与经历、绿色技术创新与绿色并购、企业资源与能力等因素对资源型企业绿色转型的推动作用。最后,基于对这些影响因素作用机理的整合模型,本文对资源型企业绿色转型的未来研究方向进行了展望。
Transitioning resource-based enterprises from traditional high-energy-consumption, high-emission production models to green, low-carbon, and sustainable production models holds significant importance for achieving a win-win situation in terms of economic, social, and environmental benefits. This article systematically reviews the research progress on factors influencing the green transformation of resource-based enterprises, conducting an in-depth analysis from macro, meso, and micro perspectives. At the macro level, it primarily discusses the impact of environmental regulations, governmental environmental oversight, public opinion, and media attention on the green transformation of resource-based enterprises. At the meso level, it analyzes the mechanisms of marketization levels, market competition and cooperation, and digital enablement. At the micro level, it emphasizes the driving forces of managers’ environmental awareness and experience, green technological innovation and green mergers and acquisitions, as well as enterprise resources and capabilities in promoting the green transformation of resource-based enterprises. Finally, based on an integrated model of the mechanisms of these influencing factors, this article provides an outlook on future research directions for the green transformation of resource-based enterprises.
