%X 随着社会生产力的不断发展，中国的婚姻家庭伦理经历了从“等级制”到“契约制”的转变。由于受到传统婚姻家庭伦理文化和观念的巨大惯性影响，致使中国正处于一场观念转型的艰难“阵痛期”。在此期间，以家为本的传统观念正逐步向以人为本的现代观念过渡。然而，婚姻家庭伦理文化却呈现出无序状态，性别对立现象愈发严峻，个体在盲目追求爱情的同时，往往忽视了家庭所承载的责任与义务。目前，中国婚姻伦理文化的转型与重建尚未圆满实现，家庭婚姻的功能已呈现弱化趋势，稳定性亦有所下降，此现状足以引起社会的深切关注与深刻反思。在新时代背景下，重建现代家庭伦理文化，不仅是新时代家庭文明建设的必然过程，也是人类文明进步的基本要求。
With the continuous development of social productivity, China’s marriage and family ethics have undergone a transformation from a “hierarchical system” to a “contractual system”. Due to the significant inertia of traditional marriage and family ethics culture and concepts, China is currently in a difficult “painful period” of conceptual transformation. During this period, the traditional concept of putting family first is gradually transitioning towards a modern concept of putting people first. However, the ethical culture of marriage and family presents a disordered state, and gender opposition is becoming increasingly severe. While individuals blindly pursue love, they often overlook the responsibilities and obligations carried by the family. At present, the reconstruction and transformation of Chinese marriage ethics culture have not yet been fully realized, and the function of family and marriage has shown a weakening trend, with stability also declining. This situation is enough to arouse deep concern and reflection from society. In the context of the new era, rebuilding modern family ethical culture is not only an inevitable process for the construction of family civilization in the new era, but also a basic requirement for the progress of human civilization.
