%X 当前微生物课程的评价体系中存在诸如评价体系不完善、企业参与不足、缺乏对学生个体差异的关注以及难以激发学习主动性等问题。为此&#65292;文章设计了将教师评价、企业导师评价与学生自评及互评相结合的三元评价模式。文章详细阐述了该评价体系的含义、作用、实施流程、实施的成效与反思&#65292;希望能为高职教育提供一种创新的教学评价方案。<br>The current evaluation system for microbiology courses suffers from issues such as inadequacy, low corporate participation, neglect of individual student differences, and difficulty in stimulating students&#8217; initiative in learning. In response to these problems, this paper introduces a triple evaluation system comprising teacher evaluation, corporate evaluator assessment, student self-evaluation, and peer evaluation. The paper elaborates on this system, outlining the representative meanings, functions, implementation processes, effect and reflection of the evaluation system. The aim is to provide a novel evaluation scheme for vocational college education.
