%X 当前微生物课程的评价体系中存在诸如评价体系不完善、企业参与不足、缺乏对学生个体差异的关注以及难以激发学习主动性等问题。为此,文章设计了将教师评价、企业导师评价与学生自评及互评相结合的三元评价模式。文章详细阐述了该评价体系的含义、作用、实施流程、实施的成效与反思,希望能为高职教育提供一种创新的教学评价方案。
The current evaluation system for microbiology courses suffers from issues such as inadequacy, low corporate participation, neglect of individual student differences, and difficulty in stimulating students’ initiative in learning. In response to these problems, this paper introduces a triple evaluation system comprising teacher evaluation, corporate evaluator assessment, student self-evaluation, and peer evaluation. The paper elaborates on this system, outlining the representative meanings, functions, implementation processes, effect and reflection of the evaluation system. The aim is to provide a novel evaluation scheme for vocational college education.
