%X 集成电路产业作为新兴国家战略性产业,对高素质人才的需求日益迫切。在此背景下,我国高校集成电路设计与集成系统专业面临着教学改革的重大挑战和机遇。为了更好地满足人才需求,提高学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,许多高校积极探索教学模式的改革。本文以“课(Class)证(Certification)赛(Competition)联动”的“3C”集成电路人才培养模式为例,探讨了天津理工大学与飞腾信息技术有限公司校企合作在教学改革中的创新实践。通过分析该模式的实施背景、具体做法及其成效,为同类院校提供可借鉴的经验。
The integrated circuit industry, as a strategic emerging industry of the nation, has an increasingly urgent demand for high-quality talent. Against this backdrop, the major of Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated Systems in universities in our country is facing significant challenges and opportunities for educational reform. In order to better meet the needs of the talent demand and enhance the practical abilities and career competitiveness of students, many universities are actively exploring reforms in educational models. This article takes the “3C” integrated circuit talent training model of “Class-Certification-Competition” as an example, and discuss the innovative practices in educational reform through the collaboration between Tianjin University of Technology and Phytium Technology Co., Ltd. By analyzing the implementation background, specific practices, and achievements of this model, it provides reference experiences for similar institutions.
