This article aims to explore the impact of the “Class-Selection System” teaching model on moral education management in middle schools and its implementation strategies. As an emerging teaching model, the “Class-Selection System” breaks through the limitations of traditional fixed classes, allowing students to choose courses and teachers based on their interests, abilities, and learning needs, thereby improving learning autonomy and flexibility. However, this teaching model has also brought new challenges and opportunities to moral education management in secondary schools. The article first analyzes the main problems faced by middle school moral education management under the “Class-Selection System” teaching mode, including weak student collective consciousness caused by high student mobility, difficulty in implementing the main responsibilities of moral education management, and inadequate teacher “education”. Subsequently, the article proposed coping strategies from multiple perspectives such as student centeredness, moral education managers, and teacher role transformation to strengthen moral education management under the “Class-Selection System”. This study not only provides new ideas and methods for moral education management in middle schools, but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the further improvement and promotion of the “Class-Selection System” teaching model. %K 走班制, %K 中学德育, %K 教学管理
