%X 盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)是当今妇女常见妇科疾病之一&#65292;西医尚无治疗该病的有效方法&#65292;主要是以抗生素、物理疗法以及手术治疗为主。中医治疗本病有显著的临床疗效&#65292;治疗方法也多种多样。现将对中西医治疗SPID的方法进行相关阐述。<br>Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (SPID) is one of the common gynecological diseases among women today. Western medicine has no effective treatment for this disease, which is mainly based on antibiotics, physiotherapy, and surgery. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has significant clinical efficacy in treating this disease, and there are various treatment methods. Now, the methods of treating SPID with Chinese and Western medicine will be related.
