In the wave of comprehensive digital transformation, contract management, as an important part of modern corporate governance, its informatization has become a key element for enterprises to achieve high-quality development. This paper focuses on the informatization of contract management in the context of digital transformation, systematically explores the application and role of digital technology in contract management under the background of digital transformation, deeply analyzes the main challenges faced in the current construction of contract management informatization, and proposes feasible optimization paths: first, establish a correct understanding of digital transformation and cultivate digital talent for contract management; second, systematically enhance the functionality of contract management systems to achieve intelligent contract management processes; third, clarify the division of responsibilities in contract management and improve collaborative management efficiency; fourth, strengthen the analysis and application of contract data to empower precise decision-making and optimized management.
