%X 基于2011~2020年的土地供应数据&#65292;文章借助地理空间统计方法&#65292;探究赤峰市国有建设用地供应格局的演化。结果表明&#65306;(1) 国有建设用地供应规模以各旗县政府所在地为主&#65292;供应结构以住宅、工矿仓储、商服、公共管理与公共服务、交通运输用地为主&#65292;供应方式以划拨和出让为主&#65307;(2) 国有建设用地供应规模呈波动上升趋势&#65292;不断从主城向外扩散&#65292;各时段不同类型、不同方式、不同来源的土地供应在结构和空间上呈现出不同特征&#65307;最后&#65292;基于国有建设用地供应格局演变提出高效供应的策略。<br>Based on the land supply data from 2011 to 2020, this paper explores the evolution of the supply pattern of state-owned construction land in Chifeng City by means of geospatial statistical methods. The results show that: (1) The supply scale of state-owned construction land is mainly concentrated in the seat of each banner and county government. The supply structure mainly consists of residential, industrial and mining storage, commercial service, public management and public service, and transportation land. The supply methods are mainly through appropriation and transfer. (2) The supply scale of state-owned construction land shows a fluctuating upward trend, continuously spreading from the main urban area to the outside. The land supply of different types, different methods, and different sources in each period presents different characteristics in terms of structure and space. Finally, strategies for efficient supply are proposed based on the evolution of the supply pattern of state-owned construction land.
