Taking power marketing as the research object, this paper discusses its development status, problems faced and new concepts. Through literature research and case study analysis, the concept of power marketing, its importance and its development history in the context of power system reform are explained. The article analyzes in detail the current market environment, main modes and challenges faced by power marketing, and proposes new concepts such as digitalization, green energy and customer relationship management. The study shows that power marketing is undergoing profound changes and requires continuous innovation to adapt to market changes and customer needs.
