%X 腰椎退行性疾病常见于中老年患者,是导致残疾的常见的原因之一。腰痛退行性疾病常会导致患者出现腰腿部的病理性疼痛,影响患者生活质量。传统腰椎椎体间融合术经过多年临床应用,目前认为已获得满意的临床疗效。然而,近年来微创已成为脊柱手术的发展趋势。脊柱微创手术可明显减少手术创伤、缩短手术时间、减少术中出血、缩短住院时间及患者康复时间。现就关于机器人辅助下内镜下融合内固定的临床应用及相关并发症的研究进行展行综述。
Degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine are common in middle-aged and elderly patients and are one of the common causes of disability. Low back pain Degenerative diseases often lead to patients with pathological pain in the back and legs, affecting the quality of life of patients. After many years of clinical application, traditional lumbar interbody fusion is considered to have achieved satisfactory clinical effect. However, minimally invasive surgery has become a trend in spine surgery in recent years. Minimally invasive spinal surgery can significantly reduce surgical trauma, shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, and shorten hospital stay and patient recovery time. This article reviews the clinical application and related complications of robot-assisted endoscopic fusion and internal fixation.
