%X 退变性腰椎滑脱症(Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis, DLS)是腰椎及韧带退变、硬化等导致腰椎向前、向后、侧方移位进而引起腰腿痛的一类疾病。随着老龄化社会的发展&#65292;发病率逐年增高&#65292;对于腰椎滑脱的防治引起瞩目的关注。当前&#65292;治疗方式有越来越多的选择&#65292;有中药、推拿、针灸、及中医综合疗法等方面&#65292;取得了较好的临床疗效。其中&#65292;中医综合疗法论治退行性腰椎滑脱的相关方法及临床效果&#65292;为退行性腰椎滑脱的中医治疗提供新参考&#65292;因此提出对需要逐渐标准化、规范化的退行性腰椎滑脱症的中医综合治疗体系进行展望和探索&#65292;从而提高治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症患者的生活幸福指数。<br>Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is a common disease of neck, shoulder, back and leg pain, and the incidence is increasing year by year with the development of aging society. There are also more and more choices of treatment methods, including traditional Chinese medicine, tuina, acupuncture, and comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine, and have achieved good clinical results. Among them, the relevant methods and clinical effects of multimodal comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis provide a new reference for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. Last but not least, it is necessary to discuss the need for a gradually standardised and standardised TCM comprehensive treatment system for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, so as to improve the happiness index of patients treated with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.
