Comparative Study on the Four Reforms of Motor Vehicle Insurance in China %A 黄鑫磊 %J Frontiers of International Accounting %P 360-366 %@ 2169-2580 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/fia.2025.142043 %X 随着我国社会经济的高速发展、民用汽车保有量的日益增加，社会对机动车辆保险的需求不断增长。为适应社会的车险需求变化以及推动车险行业的高质量发展，从2001年开始我国持续深入推进以车险条款、费率市场化改革为核心的车险业务改革。然而，我国车险市场仍存在保险公司过分强调价格竞争等问题，本文从近二十多年来我国车险业务的历次改革入手，在充分回顾、思考我国车险业务历次改革发展历程的前提下，运用比较分析法，通过对历次机动车辆保险改革的内容分别从条款和费率两个方面进行了比较研究，进而充分分析了历次车险改革的内容及其对消费者、保险公司和车险行业等多方主体所产生的影响，希望能为我国车险改革的稳健推进和车险市场的高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。
With the rapid development of my country’s social economy and the continuous increase in the number of civilian cars, the demand for motor vehicle insurance is also increasing. In order to adapt to the changes in society’s demand for auto insurance and promote the high-quality development of the auto insurance industry, since 2001, my country has continuously deepened the reform of auto insurance business with the marketization of auto insurance terms and rates as the core. However, there are still problems in my country’s auto insurance market, such as insurance companies over-emphasizing price competition. This article starts with the reform of my country’s auto insurance business in the past two decades. On the premise of fully reviewing and thinking about the reform and development process of my country’s auto insurance business, this article uses comparative analysis to compare the contents of previous auto insurance reforms from the two aspects of terms and rates, and then comprehensively analyzes the contents of previous auto insurance reforms and their impact on consumers, insurance companies and the auto insurance industry.
