%X 农村土地是城乡产业、经济、社会、生态发展的重要载体，是县域实现城乡融合的关键要素，集体经营性建设用地入市是城乡融合发展的突破口。文章首先梳理集体经营性建设用地入市影响城乡融合发展的内在机理；然后以佛山市南海区为案例，分析南海集体土地入市概况及测算其城乡融合发展水平，再剖析南海集体经营性建设用地入市促进城乡融合的实践路径；最后提出集体经营性建设用地入市促进城乡融合发展的优化方向。
Rural land is an important carrier for the development of urban and rural industries, economy, society, and ecology, and is a key element for achieving integrated urban-rural development at the county level. The entry of collective business land into the market is a breakthrough for integrated urban-rural development. This paper first outlines the internal mechanism which the entry of collective business land into the market affects integrated urban-rural development; then, using the case of Nanhai District in Foshan City, analyzes the overview of the entry of collective land into the market in Nanhai and measures its level of integrated urban-rural development, and then analyzes the practical path which the entry of collective business land into the market in Nanhai promotes integrated urban-rural development; finally, it proposes optimization directions for promoting integrated urban-rural development through the entry of collective business land into the market.
