Research on the Coupling Relationship between Inclusive Finance Development and Agricultural Industrialization and Its Influencing Factors—A Case Study of Hebei Province

%X 本文基于2013~2022年河北省的数据，参考相关研究，运用熵值法以排除人为干扰因素，通过差异系数确定指标权重，构建农业产业化与普惠金融评价指标体系，并借助耦合协调度模型，对二者耦合关系进行深入测度与分析。研究发现，河北省农业产业化与普惠金融耦合协调度呈现出较为明显的波动，且普惠金融发展水平波动幅度远超农业产业化。为改善协同发展状况，建议政府加大政策扶持、完善监管体系；金融机构创新产品服务；加强农村基础设施建设与人才培养。完善普惠金融配套服务和加大农村宣传力度，有助于提升其对农业产业化的推动作用。
Based on the data of Hebei Province from 2013 to 2022 and with reference to relevant research, this paper uses the entropy method to eliminate human interference, determines the index weight by the difference coefficient, constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural industrialization and inclusive finance, and analyzes the coupling relationship between the two with the help of the coupling coordination degree model. It is found that the coupling coordination degree of agricultural industrialization and inclusive finance in Hebei Province fluctuates significantly, and the fluctuation range of inclusive finance development level far exceeds that of agricultural industrialization. In order to improve the coordinated development situation, it is recommended that the government increase policy support and improve the regulatory system; innovative products and services of financial institutions; strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure and personnel training. Improving inclusive financial supporting services and increasing rural publicity will help enhance its role in promoting agricultural industrialization.
