%X 心理健康教育是高校思想政治工作的重要内容，“五育并举促进心理健康”为新时代高校心理健康教育工作指明了方向。高校应充分认识到“五育”在推进心理健康教育中的重要价值，深入分析“五育”与“心育”的内在联结，深刻剖析当前心理健康教育工作的现实挑战，积极探索“五育并举”视域下高校心理健康教育优化路径，为培养全面发展的时代新人贡献力量。
Mental health education is an important part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and “promoting mental health through the simultaneous development of five education” pointed out the direction for the new era of mental health education in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should fully recognize the important value of the “five education” in promoting mental health education, deeply analyze the intrinsic connection between the “five education” and “mental education”, deeply analyze the practical challenges of the current mental health education work. They should also actively explore the optimization path of mental health education in colleges and universities from the perspective of “simultaneous development of five education”, so as to contribute to the cultivation of all-round development of new talents of the era.
