Research on the Application of Nanoimaging Technology in the Diagnosis of Endometriosis %A 苗月圆 %A 马迎春 %J Journal of Clinical Personalized Medicine %P 529-533 %@ 2334-3443 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jcpm.2025.42211 %X 子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis, EMs)是育龄期女性一种常见的激素依赖性疾病,其发病率较高,它不仅会导致剧烈的疼痛,还会引起不孕,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,国内外对内异症的诊疗有了新的认识,对此种慢性疾病提倡早诊早治、综合管理、长期随访,但目前为止EMs在临床诊断中病灶定位是妇科领域的一大难题。随着社会的不断发展,纳米技术应用到了各个领域,其靶向性及光热转化性能对于EMs影像学诊断方面的作用日益凸显,纳米可以借助影像学如超声、MRI等显影技术全面客观地评估子宫内膜异位病灶的位置和大小,其敏感性和特异性分别高达80%和98%,在EMs术前评估及术后随访中具有较高的应用价值。本综述检索了近五年相关文献,探索纳米材料的成像技术在子宫内膜异位病灶精准诊断方面的价值及研究动态,从而为患者提供更针对性、个体化治疗。同时为EMs领域的研究人员提供参考,并为后续研究提供一些思路和建议。
Endometriosis is a common hormone-dependent disease in women of childbearing age. Its incidence rate is high. It not only causes severe pain, but also causes infertility, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, there has been a new understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis both domestically and internationally. Early diagnosis and treatment, comprehensive management, and long-term follow-up are advocated for this chronic disease. However, currently, the localization of lesions in EMs in clinical diagnosis is a major challenge in the field of gynecology. With the continuous development of society, nanotechnology has been applied in various fields, and its targeting and photothermal conversion performance have become increasingly prominent in the imaging diagnosis of endometriosis. Nanotechnology can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the location and size of endometriosis lesions using imaging techniques such as ultrasound and MRI, with sensitivity and specificity of up to 80% and 98%, respectively. It has high application value in preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up of endometriosis. This review searched for relevant literature in the past five years to explore the value and research trends of nanomaterial imaging technology in the accurate diagnosis of endometriosis lesions, in order to provide more targeted and personalized treatment for patients.
