%X 代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是以肝脂肪积蓄为主要表现的慢性进展性肝病&#65292;已成为全球常见的慢性肝病之一&#65292;现代医学在治疗中存在机制不明确、药物副作用多等问题。中医药凭借整体观念和辨证论治的优势&#65292;在改善肝脂肪变性、调节代谢紊乱及提高患者生活质量方面展现出独特潜力。本文从病因病机、辨证分型、中药复方、外治疗法等方面综述近年中医治疗MAFLD的研究进展。<br>Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD) is a chronic progressive liver disease mainly manifested by hepatic fat accumulation, which has become one of common chronic liver diseases in the world, and modern medicine has problems in the treatment such as unclear mechanism and many side effects of drugs. With the advantages of holistic concept and evidence-based treatment, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown unique potential in improving hepatic steatosis, regulating metabolic disorders and improving patients&#8217; quality of life. In this article, we review the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of MAFLD in recent years from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and typing, traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, and external therapies.
