%X 本文连续监测了污水厂生化池的MLVSS/MLSS指标及检测了无机泥砂粒径。检测结果表明,目前该污水厂生化池无机砂粒成分过高,即MLVSS/MLSS比值在0.3~0.4之间,大幅度低于设计标准。另外无机泥砂粒径过小,主要分布在15~60 μm之间,难以在现有的污水生化系统中去除。本文的检测结果对今后生化池的改造及除砂装置的设计提供了有效的参考。
In this paper, the MLVSS/MLSS indexes of the biochemical pond of the sewage plant were continuously monitored and the inorganic sediment particle size was detected. The test results showed that the current inorganic sand composition of the sewage plant biochemical tank was too high, i.e., the MLVSS/MLSS ratio was between 0.3 and 0.4, which was substantially lower than the design standard. In addition, the inorganic silt particle size was too small, mainly distributed between 15~60 μm, which was difficult to be removed in the existing wastewater biochemical system. The test results in this paper provided an effective reference for the future modification of the biochemical tank and the design of the grit removal device. to the Hans standard, which illustrates all the formats.
