%X 外阴硬化性苔藓(VLS)是一种反复发作的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病&#65292;常表现为外阴剧烈瘙痒、疼痛、灼热和性交困难等症状&#65292;影响各个年龄段的女性&#65292;但在青春期前女童和围绝经后妇女最常见。除部分青春期前VLS自然缓解外&#65292;大部分VLS患者需要积极干预和治疗&#65292;如果治疗不当&#65292;患者有恶变风险。因其病因及发病机制尚不明确&#65292;临床常用治疗方式有药物治疗、物理治疗、手术治疗及中医治疗等&#65292;目前尚无统一的治疗方案&#65292;本文通过分析最新国内外治疗VLS方法的疗效及局限性&#65292;以便广大临床工作者参考&#65292;对VLS患者行个体化治疗&#65292;改善患者生活质量。<br>Vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) is a recurrent, chronic inflammatory skin condition that often presents with symptoms such as intense itching, pain, burning, and dyspareunia, affecting women of all ages, but is most common in prepubertal girls and perimenopausal women. With the exception of some prepubertal VLS that go into spontaneous remission, most patients with VLS require active intervention and treatment, and if not treated properly, patients are at risk of malignant transformation. Because the etiology and pathogenesis are not clear, and there is no unified treatment plan for the treatment of VLS patients, such as drug therapy, physical therapy, surgical treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, this article analyzes the efficacy and limitations of the latest domestic and foreign treatment methods for VLS, so that the majority of clinicians can refer to the individualized treatment of VLS patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
