New Curriculum Standard Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College Physical Education into the National Traditional Sports into the Study %A 杨慧卉 %A 曾和义 %J Advances in Physical Sciences %P 95-100 %@ 2334-3478 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/aps.2025.132014 %X 中等职校体育与健康课随着新课程标准的推行而面临新的机遇与挑战。传统民族传统体育作为中华民族优秀传统文化中的重要组成部分，有着得天独厚的教育价值和独特的文化内涵，是我国传统体育事业中不可分割的一部分。本文基于新课标背景，探讨西双版纳职业技术学院体育课堂融入民族传统体育的可行性、重要意义、现状。通过对相关理论的分析和实践案例的研究表明，融入民族传统体育有助于传承民族文化、增强学生体质与文化自信。当前学院在融入过程中存在认知不足、师资短缺等问题。通过加强宣传教育、培养师资队伍、开发特色课程等策略，能有效推动民族传统体育在学院体育课堂的融入，提升体育教学质量，促进学生全面发展。
With the introduction of the new curriculum standards, the physical education and health courses in secondary vocational schools are facing new opportunities and problems. As a vital component of the rich traditional culture of the Chinese nation, traditional national sports carry distinct educational values and cultural significance, making them an essential aspect of our country’s traditional sports heritage. Based on the background of the new curriculum standard, this paper analyzes the feasibility, significance, current situation and strategy of combining traditional national sports into the physical education classroom of Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College. By analyzing relevant theories and examining practical cases, the findings indicate that incorporating traditional national sports contributes to the preservation of national culture while improving students’ physical fitness and cultural self-confidence. At present, there are some problems, such as a lack of cognition and a shortage of teachers in the process of integration. Through strengthening publicity and education, training teachers, developing characteristic courses and other strategies, it can effectively promote the integration of traditional national sports in college physical education classrooms, improve the quality of physical education, and promote the all-round development of students. %K 新课标， %K 西双版纳职业技术学院， %K 民族传统体育， %K 体育课堂
