%X 随着供应链系统不确定性风险的提升&#65292;供应链韧性成为企业应对各种风险和挑战时高度关注的问题。本文利用2012~2021年中国制造业A股上市企业与供应商数据&#65292;从抵抗能力和恢复能力两个方面利用熵权法量化供应链韧性&#65292;分析企业与供应商战略导向匹配模式对供应链韧性的影响以及影响机制。实证结果显示&#65306;企业与供应商同战略导向匹配时有助于提升供应链韧性&#65292;企业与供应商不同战略导向匹配时对供应链韧性具有负向影响。机制性检验表明&#65306;企业和供应商同战略导向匹配时通过共生合作效应可以提升供应链韧性&#65292;但是不同战略导向匹配时会通过动态竞争效应导致供应链韧性下降。研究结论深化了战略导向与供应链韧性关系的理论认识&#65292;对通过整合供应链内部关系和提升供应链韧性有借鉴意义。<br>With the increasing uncertainty and risk of the supply chain system, supply chain resilience has become a highly concerned issue for enterprises to cope with various risks and challenges. This article uses data from Chinese manufacturing A-share listed companies and suppliers from 2012 to 2021 to quantify supply chain resilience from the perspectives of resistance and recovery capabilities using the entropy weight method. It analyzes the impact and mechanism of the strategic orientation matching mode between enterprises and suppliers on supply chain resilience. The empirical results show that matching the same strategic orientation between enterprises and suppliers helps to enhance supply chain resilience, while matching different strategic orientations between enterprises and suppliers has a negative impact on supply chain resilience. Mechanistic testing shows that companies and suppliers with the same strategic orientation can enhance supply chain resilience through symbiotic cooperation effects, but matching different strategic orientations can lead to a decrease in supply chain resilience through dynamic competition effects. The research conclusion deepens the theoretical understanding of the relationship between strategic orientation and supply chain resilience, and has reference significance for integrating internal relationships in the supply chain and enhancing supply chain resilience.
