%X 宫颈机能不全(cervical incompetence, CIC)是一种重要的产科疾病&#65292;其可导致复发性流产或早产&#65292;增加新生儿不良结局发生率。目前临床上还没有明确阐述CIC的发病机制&#65292;这与多种因素有关。结合以往研究报告的结果&#65292;对引起CIC高危因素的最新研究进展作一综述&#65292;为CIC的临床治疗和预防提供一定的参考依据。<br>Cervical insufficiency (CIC) is an important obstetric disease that can lead to recurrent miscarriage or preterm birth and increase the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes. At present, the pathogenesis of CIC has not been clearly expounded in clinical practice, which is related to multiple factors. Based on the results of previous research reports, this paper reviews the latest research progress on the high-risk factors of CIC, providing certain reference basis for the clinical treatment and prevention of CIC.
