%X “常州三杰”革命精神是常州地方红色文化的杰出典范，集中体现了中国共产党早期重要领导人瞿秋白、张太雷、恽代英三位革命先驱的精神风貌。这一精神财富不仅生动诠释了中国共产党早期革命实践的历史进程，更深刻彰显了中国共产党人矢志不渝的理想信念和坚守初心的政治品格，是中国共产党优良传统的重要组成部分。在新时代数字传播技术迅猛发展的背景下，“常州三杰”精神焕发出新的时代生机，其精神内涵与价值谱系得到深入发掘与创新性发展。这一红色文化资源不仅成为推进地方文化建设的核心动力，更是构建起文化育人激励机制的重要支撑。本文通过系统性的学理研究和实践探索，常州红色文化的传播评价体系与保障机制日臻完善，形成了多维立体的传播格局。“常州三杰”革命精神的新时代价值转化，主要体现在为地方文化经济产业创新发展提供精神动力和实践指引，在满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求的同时，也为区域高质量发展注入持久的文化动能。
The revolutionary spirit of the “Changzhou Three Heroes” is an outstanding example of local red culture in Changzhou, embodying the spiritual ethos of three early important leaders of the Chinese Communist Party: Qu Qiubai, Zhang Tailei, and Yun Daiying. This spiritual wealth not only vividly illustrates the historical process of the early revolutionary practices of the Chinese Communist Party but also profoundly demonstrates the unwavering ideals and convictions of Chinese Communists and their steadfast political character in remaining true to their original aspirations. It is an important component of the fine traditions of the Chinese Communist Party. Against the backdrop of the rapid development of digital communication technologies in the new era, the spirit of the “Changzhou Three Heroes” has gained new vitality, with its spiritual connotations and value system being deeply explored and innovatively developed. This red cultural resource has not only become a core driving force for advancing local cultural construction but also an important support for building a cultural education incentive mechanism. Through systematic theoretical research and practical exploration, the dissemination evaluation system and guarantee mechanism of Changzhou’s red culture have been increasingly refined, forming a multi-dimensional and dissemination pattern. The value transformation of the revolutionary spirit of the “Changzhou Three Heroes” in the new era is mainly reflected in providing spiritual motivation and practical guidance for the innovative development of local cultural and economic industries. While meeting the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people, it also injects lasting cultural momentum into regional high-quality development.
