Research Progress of the PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway in Ophthalmic Diseases %A 王佳乐 %A 格日勒图 %J Journal of Clinical Personalized Medicine %P 294-302 %@ 2334-3443 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jcpm.2025.42177 %X 磷脂酰肌-3-激酶(PI3K)/丝氨酸–苏氨酸激酶(AKT)信号通路是细胞内重要的信号转导通路之一,PI3K/AKT通过影响下游的多种效应因子,形成不同的细胞通路从而参与细胞的各项调节,其在细胞增殖,迁移、分化和凋亡以及葡萄糖转运的过程中具有重要的作用,同时在眼科疾病的发生、发展过程起重要的调节作用。因此,通过对PI3K/Akt信号通路的研究有望寻求眼科疾病治疗的新靶点。本文将以PI3K/AKT信号通路的组成及其与眼科疾病的关系进行简要综述。
Phosphatidylmuscle-3-kinase (PI3K)/serine-threonine kinase (AKT) signaling pathway is one of the important signal transduction pathways. PI3K/AKT forms different effectors of the downstream pathways to participate in the regulation of cell, including cell proliferation, migration, differentiation, apoptosis, and glucose transport, and in the occurrence and development of eye diseases. Therefore, research of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is expected to seek new targets for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases. A brief review will be conducted on the composition of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and its relationship to ophthalmic diseases. %K PI3K/AKT信号通路, %K 眼科疾病, %K 调控作用
