“Responsibility and Action”—Research on the Implementation Path of Professional Ethics in Localized Social Work %A 曹梦婷 %A 吴菊花 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 436-444 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ass.2025.143233 %X 社会工作领域正迅速发展，推动着相关研究不断迈向深入，其研究范畴日益广泛且重要。在这一进程中，社会工作者的职业道德与社会工作价值同等重要，它们共同为社会工作服务提供根本性的指导。对于实务操作而言，职业道德发挥着关键的规范、引导和制约作用，确保服务过程的专业性和伦理性。然而，在社会工作的发展过程中，对社会工作者的职业道德的探讨，尤其是对当前职业道德状况及其根源的深入分析，现有的研究成果还不够充分。当前，社会工作领域的职业道德状况在很大程度上与社会工作专业所推崇的价值观念与伦理准则相吻合。但不可否认，仍有不少现象出现与社会工作职业道德的要求严重不符，甚至完全相反。社会出现一些社会工作者出现违反职业道德的事件。本研究综合运用问卷调查、访谈等方法，对L市200多家不同性质机构的社会工作者进行调研。从宏观角度出发，对社会工作领域中违背职业道德的行为提出了一系列改进建议，包括社会工作者个人素质提高，行业内部管理及现行制度法律层面等。其目的在于通过上述途径的落实，能够有效地促进本土化社会工作职业道德之达成，推动社会工作专业化与本土化之发展。
The field of social work is rapidly evolving, prompting deeper research and expanding its scope, which is becoming increasingly significant. In this process, the professional ethics of social workers are equally important as the value of social work, and together they provide fundamental guidance for social work services. For practical operations, professional ethics play a crucial role in regulating, guiding, and constraining, ensuring the professionalism and ethics of the service process. However, in the development process of social work, the exploration of the professional ethics of social workers, especially the in-depth analysis of the current professional ethics situation and its roots, is not yet fully explored. Currently, the professional ethics in the field of social work largely align with the values and ethical standards advocated by the social work profession. But it cannot be denied that there are still many phenomena that seriously do not meet the requirements of social work professional ethics, and even completely contradict them. There have been some incidents of social workers violating professional ethics, such as boundary violations and privacy breaches, which have raised public concern. This study comprehensively used methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate social workers from more than 200 different types of institutions in L City. From a macro perspective, a series of improvement suggestions have been put forward for behaviors that violate professional ethics in the field of social work, including improving the personal qualities of social workers, internal management of the industry, and current institutional and legal aspects. The purpose is to effectively promote the achievement of professional ethics in localized social work through the implementation of the above channels, and to advance the professionalization and localization of social work. %K 本土化， %K 社会工作， %K 职业道德， %K 实现路径
