%X 本文主要将通过分析电网企业应急物资保障体系现状&#65292;厘清影响电网企业应急物资供应效率的因素&#65292;从组织保障、资源保障和信息化保障等方面构建应急物资保障体系&#65292;并建立与之匹配的应急响应程序&#65292;确保在实际应急场景中可快速响应&#65292;保障物资及时供应&#65292;降低供应链断链、断供风险&#65292;提升供应链的抗风险能力和稳定性。<br>By conducting an in-depth analysis of the current emergency material support system within power grid enterprises, this paper aims to identify the key factors influencing the efficiency of emergency material supply. It will propose a comprehensive emergency material support framework encompassing organizational, resource, and information support mechanisms, along with corresponding emergency response procedures. This approach ensures rapid and timely material supply during actual emergencies, thereby mitigating the risk of supply chain disruptions and enhancing the overall resilience and stability of the supply chain.
