%X &#8220;君火以明&#65292;相火以位&#8221;理论强调君相二火的生理功能、病理变化及相互影响的密切关系。甲状腺结节的产生与肝气郁结、脾运不调、阴阳两虚、虚火妄动、津停痰凝血瘀息息相关。本文拟从&#8220;君火以明&#65292;相火以位&#8221;理论出发&#65292;讨论君相二火与甲状腺结节发病的相关性&#65292;以期为临床治疗提供新思路。<br>The theory of &#8220;the monarch fire illuminates, and the ministerial fire resides in its proper place&#8221; emphasizes the physiological functions, pathological changes and the closely related mutual influence between the monarch fire (Jun Huo) and the ministerial fire (Xiang Huo). The occurrence of thyroid nodules is closely associated with the stagnation of liver qi (Gan Qi), the disharmony of spleen transportation (Pi Yun), the deficiency of heart - kidney yang (Xin - Shen Yang), the retention of body fluids (Jin Ting), phlegm coagulation and blood stasis. This paper aims to discuss the correlation between the monarch fire and the ministerial fire and the pathogenesis of thyroid nodules based on the theory of &#8220;the monarch fire illuminates, and the ministerial fire resides in its proper place&#8221;, so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
