%X 带状疱疹后神经痛是带状疱疹最常见的并发症之一&#65292;表现为持续性或间歇性疼痛&#65292;疼痛性质多样。目前&#65292;带状疱疹后神经痛病因病机还不明确&#65292;中西医治疗方法丰富。本文将从中西医角度对带状疱疹后神经痛的发病机制和治疗方法进行综述。<br>Postherpetic neuralgia is one of the most common complications of herpes zoster, which is characterized by persistent or intermittent pain of various natures. At present, the etiology and mechanism of postherpetic neuralgia are not clear, and there are a variety of TCM and Western treatment methods. This paper discusses its pathogenesis from the angle of TCM and Western medicine, and the treatment of neuralgia after herpes zoster is summarized.
