%X 在经济社会不断发展，环境资源问题日益严峻，水资源短缺的情况下，在水、大气、土壤等污染较为严重的情况下。水资源污染现象如果持续发展下去，对人类生存和社会发展不可或缺的重要资源——水资源，必然造成不可挽回的影响。地下水资源是不同形式的水资源的总称，埋藏在地表之下，具有一定的利用价值。一直以来，在印度、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、尼泊尔等国家的水安全问题上，地下水资源在我国都占据着重要的战略地位。因此，要加强地下水资源的更合理的开发利用，前提是要了解地下水资源开发利用的现状和问题。清楚了解各国目前的地下水状况，它们还指出了正在出现的重要挑战和应对措施以及进一步努力的建议。
With the continuous development of the economy and society, environmental and resource problems are becoming increasingly severe. In the context of water scarcity and severe pollution of water, air, soil, and other resources. If the phenomenon of water pollution continues to develop, it will inevitably have irreversible impacts on the essential resource for human survival and social development—water resources. Groundwater resources refer to various forms of water resources that are buried beneath the surface and have certain utilization value. Groundwater resources have always held an important strategic position in China regarding water security issues in countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Therefore, to strengthen the more rational development and utilization of groundwater resources, it is necessary to understand the current situation and problems of groundwater resource development and utilization. Having a clear understanding of the current groundwater conditions in various countries, they also identified important challenges and response measures that are emerging, as well as recommendations for further efforts.
