A Study on Educational Philosophy in Picture Books—Perspective of Appraisal Theory %A 张鑫 %J Modern Linguistics %P 608-616 %@ 2330-1716 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ml.2025.133304 %X 本研究以评价理论为理论框架,以儿童绘本《牛津阅读树》(Oxford Reading Tree)为语料,定量、定性分析了编辑者向儿童读者传递的教育理念。在详细分析儿童绘本表达看法和立场的态度资源后,本文析出了编辑者的教育理念:榜样示范的教育观、真诚友善的社会交往观以及求真务实的劳动价值观。本文对儿童绘本中教育理念的分析有助于编辑者合理使用语言资源引导儿童树立正确的价值观。
Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative studies, the paper examines the attitudinal meanings in the picture book Oxford Reading Tree, from the perspective of Attitude within Appraisal. After a detailed analysis of attitude resources in expressing views and stances, educational philosophy conveyed by the editor is identified. These concepts are the educational concept of role modeling, the sincere and friendly view of social interaction, and the realistic and pragmatic value of labor. It is found that the examination of educational philosophies in the picture book facilitates the editor’s efforts to use linguistic resources to guide children to establish correct values. %K 儿童绘本, %K 教育理念, %K 评价理论, %K 态度
