This research focuses on the application of AI technology in the service transformation of university libraries and the construction strategies of composite “Staff’s Home”. It deeply analyzes the new requirements faced by university libraries, explores the application modes, advantages of AI technology, and its key role in the construction of “Staff’s Homes”. The research conducts demonstrations from the aspects of necessity and feasibility, and elaborates on the practical paths for constructing various functional modules of the “Staff’s Home” with the help of AI, aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the service innovation and function expansion of university libraries.
